Since school is out for the past two days, I immersed myself in papers, final exams, power points and whatnot. But I also made time to play Nancy Drew games (yeeeeahhhh!) and to finally watch Agatha Christie's Murder on the Orient Express.
I was getting sleepy at some point, because of the WEATHER. But I resumed it a few hours later and what can I say, it has a great ending. It's exactly what I imagined it to be while reading Sidney Lumet's Making Movies. In my Literature Elective class (Film), Making Movies became our sort of textbook. The way he describes the process of making a movie is so engaging that you can't help picking up a copy of his movies.
So far, I bought DVDs of Dog Day Afternoon and Murder on the Orient Express. I'm not too interested in his other movies, though. The way he described his experience while working on the two movies simply fascinated me more than the others. Maybe The Wiz
I'm also going to try borrow a copy of can be on my list hehe. Which reminds me, I also want to find a copy of his book. I only have photocopies of chapters :(Agatha Christie novels in the library. I don't want to buy her books just yet. Yay.
